Busy Bee

Have been real busy lately. Work and events. Although I rant about it sometimes, I do enjoy work, and currently, lotsa things are running through my mind.

Still In The Office

Yup, I'm still in the office. Going home in few minutes time. Work's great and I'm loving it. Slept at 9.30 pm last night and didn't realize I got a sms from my Special at around 10.30pm. Thank goodness Lola woke me up as she slept under my bed :) Ya know what, Lola's such a smart and alert dog and I love her to bits. She's my baby princess indeed, hehe... :D

Next project at work - Retirement Home Plan. Interesting :)

Tired

Ever since I've worked, I feel tired easily. I can barely keep my eyes open even at 10pm, compared to those times where I was still a student. A student's life and working life is totally different and if I were to choose, I still prefer work. :) Although I feel tired and have to adjust some of my "time cycle", I enjoy working and I do love my job.

It's too early to tell (I know) but I'm ready to face any upcoming challenges and tasks and I believe with hard work and determination, anything is possible. Focus, focus, focus... :)

And I'll be getting my MacBook today. Whee....

A New Beginning

Heya all, would love to test the new feature 'Schedule Post' in Blogger. It's something that you can post future post in advance and I think it's really useful when you're away or in vacation. So if you're reading this post, I might still be in bed. :)

Guess what, I've got a new job as a Project Management Executive and I'm starting work on Monday. Feelin' happy, excited and a bit anxious hehe... :) . It's truly a new beginning for me and I believe with strong determination and hard work come success, and at the same time, I'm looking forward to learning new things each day.

Do wish me lotsa luck. :)

I'm Finally... Free!

Free of what, you may ask... :) Well, I've completed my studies and I do feel elated. But not to the extreme as I believe there are still several challenges lie ahead of me and I'm striving to achieve self-actualization. I do really hope that I can get the best job, a job which I have passion for, as well as a good salary, and definitely continuous learning, growth and success. :)

Expected David Archuleta but it's aint surprising that David Cook wins. He's simply so talented and a great performer. Bravo to David Cook!! :D

Here are the top 2 finalists for American Idol 2008 and I must I say I like them both, David Cook and David Archuleta. They are such great amazing singers and performers and I think the finale will gonna be an exciting one. May the best man wins. :D

*Updates*

- Got a new mobile phone a few days ago. Supposed to get it end of this month but I guess I was too excited and I could hardly wait. After all, what's the point of window-shopping but not end up buying... ;P Anyway, got a Nokia 5610 XpressMusic (didn't get Samsung) and I'm so in love with it. It's such a great phone and I gotta say my best mobile phone to date. :D Will post a review of it very soon!

- Lola was hit by a car yesterday (very nearly) and thank God she's fine!! She was in shock the whole night and she didn't even want me to touch her. I was very worried that she would have amnesia or something but thank goodness she's fine. Today she's back to normal, my baby Lola and let's hope she will not have any internal injuries and complications!

- Quite a number of interview requests lately and got two more calls this morning. How nice if interview is not required and just straight work in a company, hehe... Anyway, do wish me luck that I'll get the best job! And oh yes, I would luv to get in to Orix! :)

New Phone on the Way

Yup yup yup, am gonna get a new mobile phone real soon. Whee... I'm just so excited!! :D

Didn't plan to get a new one (as I'm still liking my Sony Ericsson Z520i very much) , unfortunately, it has been very naughty lately. Well, I'm having a big problem with its internal screen (for the second time, darn it) and it's totally un-viewable. Looking back, I gotta say it's part of my mistake too as I dropped it on the floor accidentally and ouch, it went crazy the next day. :( Nah, not going to repair it (maybe someday) as I think I'd rather save another 50 - 100 bucks for a new phone.

Currently, I'm considering between Nokia and Samsung, but very likely I gonna get a Samsung slider (with 3G and blogging function). :D

Will definitely post about this real soon. Who knows, maybe from the phone itself ;D

I'm Back from Perhentian Island

Wahey, I'm back from Perhentian and I gotta say I had such a great and wonderful time. It's truly one of my most memorable holidays with my Special and how I wish I could really turn back time. And I'm still suffering from post-holiday blues, darn it. Any remedies that you know... anyone? And oh yes, I'm so so tanned!!

David Cook Is Awesome

I've been watching and keeping up with American Idol religiously and yesterday show was great where Mariah Carey appeared as a guest mentor. In fact, she'll be performing on the result show and I can't wait :D. And guess what. I gotta say David Cook is awesome and he's so creative and talented. Truly one of my favorites (besides David Archuleta) :D

What An Exciting Match!

It's been quite sometime since I last watched a football match played by Manchester United, and last night I watched it live on ESPN and oh my, it was a great and exciting match. MU played really well and Arsenal nearly gave me a "heart attack". My heart nearly stopped when Arsenal scored a goal, but Manchester United continued to go on strong and wahey, they got a penalty kick (scored by Ronaldo). And I gotta say luck was on their side when Hargreaves scored another goal from a free kick at 72 min.

Bravo bravo to the Red Devils!! :D

Vacation Countdown :D

Whee, my Special and I are going to Perhentian Island this Labour Day holiday and we'll be staying at Tuna Bay for 5D/4N.

BSB Concert Pictures *Updated*

Wahey, looking back, it's been almost a month since I last updated my blog. Well, nothing much interesting been happening except for the general election which has shocked all Malaysians recently. Nah, I ain't going to discuss further, but perhaps some other time and ya know what, I think politics are darn interesting. :) Anyway, here are some pictures of the BSB concert.

The concert was okay, not too great but what I liked most about it was their wonderful vocals and hit songs. And boy, Nick looked very cool, and so were the rest! :)

Backstreet Boys Unbreakable Concert Tour 2008

Whee... I'm going to see the Backstreet Boys for the second time and I'm excited. I still remember the last time I saw them performed was at the Force of Nature Charity Concert and I gotta say they blew me away. Well, certainly, I can't wait to see them more tomorrow night! And since it's held at Sunway Surf Beach, should I wear my bikini? *Ahem* Just joking!! ^_^

Lola and Yellow Roses

Wahey, CNY has just finished and time really flies huh... Mel's 21st B'day has passed too, and that means no more princessy attitude for her tee-hee.. :D Anyway, she got a belated bouquet of roses from aunt Sharon yesterday and I directed Lola to be the model. Heck, she didn't look too pleased, haha...

In The Wild @ Taman Negara (7th - 9th of Feb)

My Special and I spent the first three days of CNY at Taman Negara this year and you can never imagine how excited I was. After all, it's my first time holiday-ing in the wild and I gotta say it's truly an eye-opening experience. One of my favorites is the great boat rides with beautiful sceneries and the misty, cooling fresh air. Ahh... simply rejuvenating! :D

Apart from that, we also went for jungle walk and got to witness the amazing flora and fauna. It was pretty scary at times as we could only relied on our torch lights, heck it was still fun. Got to see a few insects but it would be better if there were more. (I guess noises from planks and people scared the insects away), hee...

We also went for the very thrilling canopy walk which was suspended in the midst of the forest and it's a great experience. I wasn't really nervous but as time went by, it began to fill me, especially when I felt I was swaying side by side. Yes, scary and exciting, both at the same time.

Other than those activities, we got to try the rapid shooting which was very fun and of course, it got all of us wet. It reminds me of those splashing boat rides at Sunway Lagoon, haha... And oh yes, I even got to be a model for Orang Asli where the tour guide drew on my face with some very interesting coloured stones that could be found by the river. Will definitely post a picture of that soon. :D And speaking about Orang Asli, we visited their village and learnt some of their lifestyle, including ways to start a fire.

Overall, it was a great and fun holiday although it was tiring at times. And am I qualified to be a survivor? Haha, not yet! Still, it's truly one of the unforgettable holidays that I ever had. ♥

Gucci Rush

A Gucci Rush gift set (consists of perfume and body lotion) from my god-bros' mom. It's such a pleasant surprise, ain't it? :D Whee, another set of perfume for my collection, and by the way, the scent and smell is really great. Love it lots! :D

New Pair of Vincci :D

Went to Mid V with Mel yesterday and I bought myself a pair of simple but chic peep-toe shoes with heels and it's army green in colour (although from far, it looks like black). Cost me Rm65.90 (no discount although there's 20% for other shoes) but I gotta say I like it so so much. Decided to get it to match with all my pretty and dressy dresses, and even my Special said it's nice. Oh yes, went to his place after that and I showed him my pair of shoes. Was too carried away till I didn't realize I did a mini cat-walk in his room, tee-hee :P
